one year later

This week is spring break so we've tried to at least get out a little bit every day. Yesterday we went roller skating. Monday..? Sunday we went to the trampoline park. Saturday crayola (the mall was mostly without power) and then library and the park. Registered the girls for summer camp- they are going to do one week together and each another week at different times. Friday was well check- all is well, except for having to wait almost an hour. ugh.
Thursday was 1/2 a day. We watched Raya and the last dragon one night. That was really good. Did a puzzle. Got our tax return filed.
It's been productive and busy. Trying to stay organized. Fingers crossed the girls go back to school on Monday.

It's crazy it was one year ago that I wrote this-
WORLDWIDE TOTAL CONFIRMED CASES 181,485
Active cases 96,083
Recovered cases 78,288
Fatal cases 7,114

As of today (worldwide) 121,578,659 (and since last update on 2/1 + 18m)
active: 20,865,801 (-6m)
recovered 98,026,102 (+23m)
deaths: 2,686,756 (+400k- same last last update)

Things are looking up. Numbers are going down.

USA is of course still leading with 30,250,336 (2.5 M more cases)
Arizona is back at #11 - 834,323(and dropped to 12th for deaths)
-----------

I don't think anyone thought it would last this long. Masks are "normal". Virtual everything is "normal". Touching people outside of family to shake hands feels weird. Soon summer will be here with the 100+ temps and we will again hibernate inside.
